The Sales Contract

All horses born and raised from Blue Cross Estates that are sold are under this contract. By buying with Blue Cross Estates you have agreed to this contract, and any violations will result in the consequences listed and agreed to below.

• I have buybacks to all horses sold.If you want to resell a horse ask me first so I can approve, or if I want the horse back.
• Horses stat page must be up with in 24 hours of sale. If no page is created in that time frame I will reclaim and resell the horse.
  
• I get breeding reserves on the horse if you wish to breed him/her when it reaches age. You must ask first if you are going to geld a horse that you bought form me.
  
• I would like you to keep the horse active unless it is retired, or at a retired age and you wish to retire them.
  
• If you wish to rename a horse bought from me, you must tell me first
  
• If you become inactive I get reclaims on the foal
